[프로젝트 설명 - 영어]

The project ‘Mini P’ is a space that expresses the regional characteristics of Chuncheon, Gangwon-do based on the client’s slogan, “The space where my life becomes minimal” in form and materiality. 
The granite and weathered nature of Chuncheon, Gangwon-do were sculpted and simplified into a minimalist form. The beauty of color given by granite was captured in the space.

Just as Norwegian design group ‘Snohatta’ which designed Aesop signature store designs spaces using local properties, we wanted to express the beauty of Chuncheon, Gangwon-do in a restrained manner in space.

미니피는 강원도 춘천의 지역적 특색을 형태와 물성으로 표현한 공간이다.
'내 삶이 미니멀해지는 공간'이라는 클라이언트의 슬로건을
강원도 춘천의 지역적 특색으로 표현한 공간이다. 
강원도 춘천의 화강석과 풍화된 자연을 미니멀한 형태로 조각하여 단순화하였으며
화강석이 주는 색채의 아름다움을 공간속에 담아냈다.

이솝 시그니처 스토어를 디자인한
노르웨이의 디자인 그룹 '스노헤타(Snohatta)'가 지역의 물성을 이용하여 공간을 디자인 하듯
강원도 춘천의 아름다움을 공간에서 절제하듯 표현하고자 하였다.
